-
Membership fee is non-refundable.
-
Only members are entitled to unlimited open bouting practice and insurance coverage by the club.

All fencers are required to maintain membership with the USFA. Any fencer without a USFA membership will not be allowed to participate in any classes or lessons, with the exception of the 1 time trial lesson for new beginners only.
Safety Policies
-
All fencers are required to wear indoor sole (tennis, indoor soccer, badminton, fencing, court) shoes during practice. Full uniform (mask, glove, fencing jacket, under armor, chest protector for girls & fencing socks) must be worn at all times during fencing, as well as appropriate gear during lessons and other activities. An unprepared fencer can be turned away from lessons & classes without refund.
-
The fencing area is restricted for fencers only.
-
Weapon points must be down at all times while masks are off to prevent accidental injury.
-
Rough play or dangerous actions are prohibited with no exception.
-
Any illness or injury must be reported to coaches or administrators.
Cancellation Policies
-
24hrs of advance notice is required for any cancellation, failure to do so will result in being charged for missed lesson. We offer make up lessons & classes provided that the coaches can accommodate with his or her schedule. All make ups must be completed within 2 weeks of cancellation.
-
Any cancellation within 24hrs to the start time of the lesson would require a doctor's note to receive a full credit for the lesson.
-
All fencer should come 10-15min prior to their private lesson for proper warm up.
-
For all group classes we suggest fencers come on time so they won't miss the warm up part of class. If the fencer is late for more than 15 mins after the starting of the class, the coach has the right to turn the fencer away without a refund. For private lesson if a fencer is late, the time will be deducted from the session; for example, if you are 10 mins late and your lesson is 20min long, then your lesson will only have 10 mins remaining.
