Safety Policies

• All fencers must wear indoor sole (tennis, indoor soccer, badminton, fencing, court) shoes during practice. Full uniform (mask, glove, fencing jacket, under armor, chest protector for girls & fencing socks) must be worn at all times during fencing, as well as appropriate gear during lessons and other activities. An unprepared fencer can be turned away from lessons & classes without a refund.

• The fencing area is restricted to fencers only.

• Weapon points must always be down while masks are off to prevent accidental injury.

• Rough play or dangerous actions are prohibited with no exception.

• Any illness or injury must be reported to coaches or administrators.

• There shall be no smoking in or about the premises.

• No alcoholic beverages shall be sold or consumed in or about the Premises.

• All campers must always follow camp safety rules and counselor's directions. Campers who are not following the rules will be dismissed from the camp without a refund.

Return & Refund Policies

• ​Membership Fee is non-refundable.

• Refund within 72 hours of purchase; 10% of Purchase as an Administrative Fee

• No Refund after 72 hours of purchase.

• Injury before the start of the camp: 50% refund; doctor's notes must be provided

• Injury during the camp: no refund.​
